memoir of albums

Yankee by Yonezu Kenshi

All of his albums have left tremendous impacts, but this one contains eine kleine, a particularly special track to me. His discography is incredibly diverse, you can find it on Youtube and other music steaming sites. Also, interview transcipts have been translated to english by vgperson on tumblr. Reading about his past, determination, passion and struggle leaves a strong and long lasting impression.
Troy by Uki3

Uki3 is the vocaloid name, he is now releasing music under his name Yoh Kamiyama, but I still think his vocaloid works is amazing. This album has many melanchonic tracks that resounded deeply with me. Favourite songs: kafune, lead crown, quiet room and wendy The albums has many tracks about awful things that have happened in the past.. Yoh kamiyama expressed these well.
subarashiki-hibi-soundtrack-cd

Got interested in this visual novel after seeing a picture of it online and thinking the design of the uniform was really breathtaking. Listened to a few on the song on youtube and eventually found the whole cd to listen to on the website videogamemusic. For some reason this soundtrack isn't on the main streaming platforms when I looked. It's a shame as I would really like to support the creators of this soundtrack, it's so magical to listen to.
Colony by Bin

BIN is a Japanese music group consisting of three members: Yamagami (vocalist), Tomato (illustrator), and T (producer). Been following bin on youtube since their first song release, it's been amazing seeing them grow and finally releasing a full album.
Visions and Prophetic Dreams: A Dreampunk Compilation Vol. 1

Six and half hours of bliss, it's a really good album for getting into dreampunk. I've listened to alone in the rain a unhealthy amount.
Elma by Yorushika

Elma is the second full album by yorushika, the first one being - that's why I gave up on music. There is a storyline which builds off the first full album so both are worth listening to. Cannot believe it taken me so long to finally add this album here, it has had a termendous impact on the way I view music. I would be a lie if I said I wanted to visit Norway after reading Elma's diary; a story written by n-buna which complements the album read here. However, it did create a longing of wanting a simple idlic, music filled life, in a tiny town.
